These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 77ad platform. By registering an account and using our services, you agree to the rules set out on this page. Please read everything carefully — these terms exist to protect both you as a player and the integrity of the platform for everyone.

77ad Terms and Conditions — Complete Text

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the legal agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and the 77ad platform ("77ad," "we," "us," "the platform"). By accessing, registering, depositing or playing on 77ad, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms should be read alongside the 77ad Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 77ad or by using any part of the platform — including browsing, depositing PKR, playing games or claiming a bonus — you are entering into a binding agreement with 77ad under these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform and should close your account if one has already been created.

These Terms may be updated periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 77ad you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. We do not permit anyone under 18 to register or play on 77ad under any circumstances.
  • You must be registering as an individual, using your own true personal information. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
  • You may only hold one (1) active account on 77ad. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated balances forfeited.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information at registration, including your real name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account closure.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an 77ad employee where that relationship could create a conflict of interest.

77ad reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This is standard procedure and is required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. If you do not complete verification when requested, withdrawal processing will be paused until it is resolved.

3. Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your 77ad account. This includes:

  • Choosing a strong password and not sharing it with anyone else.
  • Keeping your registered email address and phone number secure and up to date.
  • Logging out of the platform when using shared or public devices.
  • Notifying 77ad support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

77ad will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel. Any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us. We cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on 77ad are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank transfers and payment cards. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.

  • Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
  • Deposits are credited to your playing balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally near-instant; bank transfers may take longer.
  • 77ad does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges separately.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. If you deposit an amount you did not intend, contact support as promptly as possible.

Your 77ad balance is for gaming purposes only. Depositing PKR with no intention to play — for example, to use the platform as a payment transfer mechanism — is a misuse of the account and may result in suspension.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below:

  • Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
  • Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount, displayed in your account's withdrawal section.
  • Before your first withdrawal — and at certain subsequent thresholds — we are required to verify your identity. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid identity document and confirming your payment method ownership. We process these verifications as promptly as possible.
  • Funds that originated from a bonus and have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
  • VIP tier players (Silver, Gold and Diamond) receive priority withdrawal processing ahead of the standard queue. Diamond tier players have the highest withdrawal limits on the platform.
  • 77ad reserves the right to conduct additional review on any withdrawal request if there are grounds to suspect irregular play, exploitation of bonuses or any other breach of these Terms.

Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed for each payment method in your account. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally the quickest for most players. Raast bank transfers are processed promptly for connected accounts. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard window, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

77ad offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

  • Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable as cash. This requirement is displayed clearly when the bonus is offered and in your account's bonus section.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with another offer.
  • Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual bonus terms. Some games may contribute at a lower rate toward wagering requirements — this is disclosed per offer.
  • Bonuses that expire before their wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account along with any winnings derived solely from that bonus balance.
  • Attempting to abuse bonus mechanics — such as placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — is considered bonus abuse and will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
  • Welcome bonuses are available to newly registered accounts only. One welcome bonus per person, per household address and per device.
  • PSL season promotions, cricket special bonuses and other seasonal offers carry their own specific terms which are published alongside each promotion when active.

Always check the specific wagering requirement, eligible games and expiry date for each bonus before accepting it. If anything is unclear, our support team can clarify before you opt in.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 77ad — including slots, live casino tables (Baccarat, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger), crash games and other titles — operate according to their individual game rules provided by the respective game studios. 77ad does not modify game mechanics or outcomes.

  • Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems for non-live games. Live casino games use real physical dealing by trained dealers streamed in real time.
  • The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot or RNG game is provided by the game studio and is generally available in the game's information panel.
  • In the event of a technical fault during a game session — such as a disconnection or server error — the platform will attempt to restore the game to its last valid state. If this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and your stake returned.
  • Malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game displays an error or behaves in a clearly unintended way, do not continue play and contact support immediately.
  • 77ad reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical manipulation, software exploitation or collusion between players.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 77ad and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino games.
  • Exploiting bugs, errors or unintended platform behaviour for financial gain rather than reporting them to support.
  • Creating or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
  • Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name, or withdrawing to a third-party account.
  • Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or other financial crimes. 77ad cooperates fully with relevant authorities on such matters.
  • Providing false identity information, fake documents or misrepresenting your age.
  • Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute a genuine transaction with your payment provider without first raising the matter with 77ad support.

If you encounter a bug or technical issue that appears to offer an unintended advantage, you are expected to stop play and report it. Players who report such issues in good faith will not be penalised.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77ad platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials and written content — is the intellectual property of 77ad or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.
  • Game content and trademarks belong to the respective game studios and are used on 77ad under licensing agreements.
  • The 77ad name and logo may not be used in any third-party context, promotion or communication without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

77ad provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While we take significant steps to ensure reliability and uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

  • 77ad is not liable for losses arising from technical outages, internet connectivity issues on your end, device failures or other circumstances outside our direct control.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including loss of profits — arising from your use of the platform.
  • Gaming carries inherent financial risk. By depositing and playing on 77ad, you acknowledge that you may lose the money you stake. 77ad is not responsible for gaming losses incurred through normal play.
  • Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Privacy and Data

13. Account Termination

Either you or 77ad may close an account at any time, subject to the following:

  • You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
  • 77ad may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if we have reason to believe you have breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if keeping your account open poses a risk to the platform or other players.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity notice. We will contact you at your registered email address before any action is taken on an inactive account.
  • Upon account closure initiated by 77ad for breach of Terms, any bonus balance and winnings derived from bonus play during the breach period may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not connected to the breach will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

14. Amendments to Terms

77ad reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. 15. Governing Rules

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the 77ad platform are governed by the operational rules of the platform as set out in this document. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version takes precedence.

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • Failure by 77ad to enforce any provision of these Terms at a given point does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in future.
